Rovethym takes its name from the particularity of its flavour, that of thyme.

Rovethym is produced in the south of France. It is produced using a tradition method. It is matured for 3 weeks.

Rovethym is similar to the Roves des Garrigues, because they are both aromatised with thyme.
However, to give the Rovethym its particular flavour, thyme is added during the fabrication, unlike the Roves des Garrigues where the flavour comes from the natural flavour of the goat’s milk.
