Cooking with cheese

The Maison Androuet has a long experience of using cheese related cuisine,  in fact, over a hundred years of experience. Recipe after recipe was developed, using cheeses from around the world. There was even a renowned restaurant on the Rue d’Amsterdam.
UNE RECETTE AU FROMAGE ?

It is a question of detecting the gustative capacities of each variety of cheese and to find the best associations possible. A cheese recipe is a success when the cheese brings an unctuous quality or a character to a dish.
