This delicious cheese cake can be accompanied with red fruit coulis or a scoop of ice cream, or even both.
The recipe
To make the cheese cake, first add the cream cheese, caster sugar, eggs, cream and flour into a large mixing bowl, and then mix using an electric mixer. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add the pastry to the bottom of a cake mould and pour the cheese cake mix on top. Put the cheese cake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C and then for 20 minutes at 160°C.
Remove the cheese cake from the oven and leave to cool before removing it from the mould.
