Fine cheese shops

The house of Androuët today operates six fine cheese shops in Paris and one in Stockholm.

All of the cheeses sold are made exclusively from raw milk. The Androuët constantly crisscrosses the countryside and works ceaselessly to increase the number of farmstead cheeses – cheese made according to traditional methods.

Close to 80% of the cheeses are French. The rest come from England, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Italy, Holland, and Switzerland. By milk source, the percentages are as follows: cow’s milk 65%; goat’s milk 25%; ewe’s milk 10%.
