Munster snack

Ingredients for 4 persons

Munster (250 g) / Thick cream (50 g) / Onion (1) / Yellow mustard (1 teaspoonful) / Sunflower oil (2 tablespoonfuls) / Wine vinegar (1/2 tablespoonful) / Salt / Pepper

Directions

In a salad bowl, crush the Munster and pass it through a sieve. Place the crushed, sieved Munster in an earthenware baking dish and add the cream, the onion (sliced fine), the mustard, the oil, and the vinegar. Mix well until you have a homogeneous paste. Season with salt and pepper. Store in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving, as is or on toast.
