Grilled Pélardon and smoked duck breast (magret) on apple halves

Ingredients for 4 persons

Pélardons (4) / Slices of smoked magret (4) / Apples (Golden – 2)

Directions

Cut the apples in half horizontally and bake in the oven (10 min) at 180°C. In a frying pan, cook the Pélardons (1 min on each side). Then cook the magret slices (1 min on each side). Place an apple half in each plate and surmount it with a Pélardon and a slice of magret. Serve immediately.
