Pennard Ridge is an English cheese, it is a goat's milk version of Caerphilly, produced by Phillip Raibow. The name of the cheese comes from the ridge where the dairy is situated. The cheese is an ivory white colour, the texture is firm and slightly dry. It can be sold after being aged for four weeks;  young, the taste is mild, fresh and fruity. Then with time, it gets stronger with a nutty aftertaste.
