Fosseway Fleece is an English ewe's milk cheese, produced in the village of Ditchheat in Somerset. The name comes from a Roman road which is close to the dairy. The colour of the cheese is ivory white, the texture is onctuous almost silky and the taste is pleasant and tasty.  Fosseway Fllece won a prize in 2007.
